SPED Financial Assistance Scheme (SPED FAS)
SPED FAS provides Singapore Citizen students in Special Education (SPED) schools who are in need with the following assistance:
  • Full waiver of school fees (commencing the month after the approval of the application);
  • Free school attire, including uniform, PT attire, shoes and socks;
  • Free prescribed textbooks and stationery (where applicable);
  • Daily meals in school and rations; and
  • EZ-Link card top-up subsidy for students taking MRT/ public transport to and from school
Qualifying criteria is Gross Household Income (GHI) not exceeding $3,000 per month or Per Capital Income (PCI) not exceeding $750 per month. For more information, please visit the Ministry of Education website: https://www.moe.gov.sg/financial-matters/financial-assistance.

This assistance scheme by Infocomm Media Development Authority (IMDA) aims to supports low-income households with affordable home internet connectivity and devices (laptops and tablets).
To qualify for the scheme, Families must be staying in a HDB flat with at least 1 Singapore Citizen as a member of the household. Additionally, the Gross Household Income (GHI) must not exceed $3,400 per month or Per Capita Income (PCI) must not exceed $900, if there is a person with disabilities in the household.

SG Enable VWO Transport Subsidies
VWO Transport Subsidies provide financial assistance to individuals with disabilities who require dedicated transport provided by Voluntary Welfare Organisations (VWOs) in order to access school and care services. Singapore Citizens with a per capita household income of $2,600 and below per month, or Permanent Residents with a per capita household income of $1,800 and below per month are eligible to apply.
