Neuro-Developmental Treatment Clinic
Neuro Developmental Treatment (NDT) is a problem-solving approach to the examination and treatment of the impairments and functional limitations of individuals with neuropathology, primarily children with CP, developmental delay in motor skills and other motor related conditions. These individuals have dysfunction in posture and movement that lead to limitations in functional activity. NDT focuses on the analysis and treatment of motor impairments and functional limitations that physical therapists, occupational therapists, and speech and language pathologists can address. This approach provides occupational therapists, physical therapists and speech and language pathologists with a common language and conceptual structure for the analysis of motor skill performance.
