As a homegrown family cord blood bank, Cordlife is committed to helping people live healthier, happier and longer by providing reliable healthcare solutions. They are also dedicated to making a positive difference in our local community. This year, they have adopted Cerebral Palsy Alliance Singapore (CPAS) once again as their appointed beneficiary for Cordlife Donation Drive 2020.

In support of SGCares Giving Week 2020, Cordlife will pledge $1,000 towards CPAS's Goodwill, Occupational and Rehabilitation Workshop or GROW. GROW offers sheltered employment and vocational training to adults with cerebral palsy and multiple disabilities. The $1,000 will be used as a project kickstarter fund to purchase equipment for the new IT services arm. This will help to support GROW to expand beyond commercial manual projects to higher skills training. Trainees with aptitude will be trained under the guidance of CPAS's Workshop instructors. The end goal is to produce merchandise such as stickers and get well soon cards to be retailed at our 2 hospital locations.
