SPED Financial Assistance Scheme (SPED FAS)
SPED FAS provides Singapore Citizen students in Special Education (SPED) schools who are in need with the following assistance:
- Full waiver of school fees (commencing the month after the approval of the application);
- Free school attire, including uniform, PT attire, shoes and socks;
- Free prescribed textbooks and stationery (where applicable);
- Daily meals in school and rations; and
- EZ-Link card top-up of up to $120 per year for students taking MRT/public bus to and from school.
Qualifying criteria is Gross Household Income (GHI) not exceeding $2,500 per month or Per Capital Income (PCI) not exceeding $625 per month.

NEU PC Plus Programme – PC Bundle Scheme
This scheme is an initiative by Infocomm Media Development Authority (IMDA) and aims to provide Singapore Citizen/Singapore PR students and persons with disabilities from low-income families the opportunity to own a brand new computer at an affordable price.
This scheme offers a computer (prescribed models only as at time of application) including software, installation, warranty and three years of broadband access.
Successful applicants will co-pay a subsidised fee to an IMDA-appointed vendor for the package.
To qualify for the scheme, Gross Household Income (GHI) should not exceed $3,400 per month or Per Capita Income (PCI) should not exceed $1,125 per month (if there is a household member with a permanent disability).
For low-income households, the school may further subsidise the amount payable to the IMDA-appointed vendor upon a successful application.

SG Enable VWO Transport Subsidies
VWO Transport Subsidies provide financial assistance to individuals with disabilities who require dedicated transport provided by Voluntary Welfare Organisations (VWOs) in order to access school and care services.
Singapore Citizens with a per capita household income of $2,600 and below per month, or Permanent Residents with a per capita household income of $1,800 and below per month are eligible to apply.
