Learning, Development and Consultancy (LDC) is the training arm of Cerebral Palsy Alliance Singapore (CPAS).
We aim to build capabilities of our learners so that they can deliver the best programmes and services for their clients.
For caregivers, we strive to empower them with the skills and knowledge to care confidently.
We support this belief by providing certification courses and workshops conducted by experts for professionals in fields such as Early Intervention, Special Education, Allied Health, as well as caregivers of individuals with disability.

AHPC CPE PROVIDER
For Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, Speech Therapists - Gain Continuing Professional Education (CPE) hours with our Allied Health Professional Council (AHPC) - approved courses.
AIC APPROVED TRAINING PROVIDER
For eligible caregivers - Caregiver Training Grant (CTG) by Agency for Integrated Care (AIC) is available.
TRAINING PROVIDER FOR PRE-APPROVED PROFESSIONAL CAPABILITY GRANT (PCG) COURSES
Eligible staff from Social Service Agencies (SSAs) and/or MSF-funded agencies can tap on PCG for our pre-approved PCG courses.
