Admission Criteria
- From birth to 6 years old
- Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident
- Assessed by a paediatrician to be at risk of a developmental, intellectual, sensory or physical disability, or a combination of disabilities
- Not concurrently enrolled in any other MSF-funded Early Interv programmes
