Cerebral Palsy Alliance Singapore (CPAS) is a social service agency supporting children and adults with cerebral palsy or multiple disabilities through early intervention, rehabilitation services, day activity centre programmes, as well as vocational training and gainful employment in Singapore. Founded in 1957 and formerly known as the Spastic Children’s Association of Singapore, CPAS currently serves over 800 children and adults. CPAS aims to empower persons with cerebral palsy or multiple disabilities to realise their full potential and lead fulfilled, dignified lives. CPAS is a registered charity with IPC status and a member of the National Council of Social Service.

Funds collected from the Cerebral Palsy Alliance Singapore Charity Draw 2026 will go back to supporting the programmes and services for over 800 children and adults with cerebral palsy and multiple disabilities. These include early intervention, therapy rehabilitation and clinics, day activity centre programmes as well as vocational training and gainful employment. Every dollar you contribute today can help provide special education, therapy and other essential programmes and services for the children and adults in our care.

Terms and Conditions

• Cerebral Palsy Alliance Singapore (CPAS) Charity Draw tickets are available at Singapore Pools' retail network from 20 July 2026 to 23 August 2026.
• Winning numbers will be announced after the draw date (5 October 2026, Monday)
• If you hold a winning ticket, you must contact us at [email protected] or call 6589 3527 to make an appointment for your prize collection before 5 November 2026.
• The collection venue is at 65 Pasir Ris Drive 1 Singapore 519529. (appointment required)
• Winners must present their original physical ticket to claim their prizes. Photocopies or digital images are strictly not accepted.
• Winners must present a valid physical identification document (IC/Passport) for verification.
• All prizes must be claimed by 5 November 2026, Thursday. Do note that all unclaimed prizes will be forfeited and redirected to CPAS in support of our programmes and services.
• CPAS’s decision on all matters related to the draw is final and binding.
